Three Mile Look Project Clean-Up
Saturday – October 20th at 8:00 A.M
Volunteers asked to join in.
The Bourne “Three Mile Look”, project at the end of Perry Avenue toward the site of the old Cape Cod Canal Bridge is in now close to the final stages of completion. The project is the flagship of the Buzzards Bay Vitalization Association’s Greenbelt Parkway program. It is located at the end of Perry Avenue near Town Hall.
What a wonderful addition the scenic walking and resting spots will be for the Main Street area in the village of Buzzards Bay and the town of Bourne
On Saturday, October 20, starting at 8:00 a.m. there will be a second workday to finish maintaining the plants and shrubs along the walkway to the Canal Overlook Platform.
The work will consist of weeding, fertilizing and general clean up. Please participate and bring any light gardening tools you need or have to share with others.
Come for 1, 2, 3 hours or whatever time you have available, your time and efforts will be greatly appreciated.
Roland Dupont will be again bringing the coffee and donuts.
Parking is available in the Town Hall parking lot.
